Slice of Fife started off as a dream, filled with a passion for baking and after training as a chef in some of the finest restaurants in Scotland I finally decided to take on my own challenge. Starting in 2011, on my own, with nothing more than an idea, I have now built up a strong list of very happy customers. There is no challenge too big, no flavour too weird. I love to hear of people’s ideas, and to help deliver them. I love being a part of those special occasions, from birthdays, weddings, moving house, engagements, or just because you want a surprise.

In the last 2 years, my husband and I have built a separate cake kitchen - the cake shed as the children call it - at our house. From here I have been able to expand on the items I make which now include wedding favours, sweets, Scottish tablet and fudge, cupcakes, brownies and so much more. I enjoy a challenge and am happy to discuss specific requests even if I haven’t made something before.

I have always enjoyed baking, but since my children were little I have never baked so much! Every birthday I get asked to make more and more elaborate cakes for them and I love it!
